Help Needed

Please check off the tasks you are available to take on, being mindful of your safety and well-being.

Greeting Guests/ticket verification (pre-purchased)- team of volunteers who scan tickets, ensure that everyone gets through security in a timely manner.

Set-up/break down crew- a team of volunteers to help set up tents, concession stands. Should be able to lift 30 lbs safely.

Parking team- helps organize and facilitate the parking area

Ticket Sales- should understand the various attractions/events to better inform guests at registration

Info team- answering questions, giving directions, etc. Guests are going to be happy to see you

First Aid-this is a specialized position, applicants should be trained and certified in CPR and first aid.

Stage hands- a crew that will assist our performers backstage

Runners/Floaters- a flexible team that can provide coverage

Photographer-document the event (potential to build your portfolio as well!)

Social Media- sharing about the event
